Our Warranty

We guarantee all our plants to be in good condition when leaving our store. To ensure success with any plant material, proper handling, planting, and care is essential.

If a plant from our garden centre fails or appears to be struggling in your garden, please contact us immediately for advice and possible solutions.

Most of our plants are warranted for one year, providing they are properly planted and maintained as per our PLANTING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

Perennials, roses, and clematis are warranted until November 1st. Tropicals and annuals carry no warranty.

Our warranty does not cover:

-Snow, Ice, or Salt Damage

-Insect or Animal Damage

-Incorrect plant location

-Incorrect watering procedures

If a warranted plant fails, contact us and return the dead plant with your cash register receipt to receive a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.
